The confidence to speak up, disagree thoughtfully, and express yourself clearly is a skill - and like any skill it can be practised. 3rdSpace is a structured environment for doing exactly that.

Learnings
- The social dynamics of an app like this matter enormously. Students are much more willing to try things in a low-judgment space.
- Self-reporting confidence is surprisingly useful as a metric - students are more honest than I expected.
- Launching with a specific institution rather than open to everyone gave much better early feedback.
