Make AI useful in the work you already do.
Practical AI for Leaders & Teams
I help leaders, business owners and teams use AI practically - to reduce repetitive work, think through problems, create better content and build smarter workflows.
No technical background required. We work on the tasks, decisions and problems already sitting in front of you.
Remote worldwide. In-person sessions and workshops available in Thailand.
Who it's for
Busy people who want AI to help with the job in front of them, not become another thing to learn.
- Leaders and executives
- Founders and business owners
- Managers and team leads
- Consultants and coaches
- Product, design, marketing and operations leaders
- Small leadership teams
Where AI can actually help
- Automate repetitive work: Reduce the admin around meetings, reports, research, documentation and recurring tasks.
- Communicate more effectively: Create, adapt and personalise content without starting from a blank page every time.
- Make better-informed decisions: Use AI to analyse information, challenge assumptions, explore scenarios and surface questions you may have missed.
Choose how we work
1:1 AI Working Session
Bring your real work. We'll use AI to make it easier.
A private, practical session built around your role, not a generic AI lesson.
Before we meet, I'll ask what takes up your time, what you're struggling with and what you'd like AI to help with. During the session we work together on the real tasks in front of you.
You leave with a working approach you can use immediately, the prompts or workflows we created together, recommended tools where appropriate, and a short list of what to tackle next.
90 minutes · Remote worldwide. US$350, or US$650 for a two-session package.
Practical AI Workshops
Help your team move from "we should use AI" to "this is how we'll use it."
Hands-on workshops for leadership teams and functional teams. Rather than spending the day watching AI demos, participants work through their own tasks, problems and opportunities.
They learn what today's tools can genuinely help with, where human judgement still matters, and how to start applying AI safely and practically.
- Everyday AI for Leaders: Research, thinking, communication, meetings, planning and decision support.
- AI for Managers & Operations: Less repetitive coordination, documentation, reporting and admin.
- AI for Marketing & Online Presence: Content, campaigns, research, social media, audience communication and repurposing.
- AI for Product & Design Teams: Research, ideation, UX workflows, prototyping, product thinking and AI-assisted delivery.
- Build With AI, Without Becoming a Developer: Turn an idea into a prototype or internal tool with conversational and AI-assisted building tools.
2-3 hours · Half-day · Full-day · Remote worldwide or in-person in Thailand. From US$1,500.
AI Workflow Sprint
Find one piece of work worth improving, and redesign it with AI.
A short, focused engagement for teams that have moved beyond experimentation but aren't ready for a major AI programme.
We choose a small number of recurring workflows, map how they work today and identify where AI could genuinely remove friction. Then we prototype the improved workflow together.
- Discover: Understand the job, pain points, tools, people and constraints.
- Prioritise: Choose one or two opportunities worth solving rather than trying to "AI everything".
- Prototype: Test the new workflow using available AI and automation tools.
- Embed: Document the approach, teach the people using it and decide what happens next.
This is workflow design and practical AI enablement - not large-scale AI engineering, model development or enterprise systems integration.
1-2 weeks · Mostly remote. Priced after scoping.

How I work
- Find the work - Start with the tasks, decisions and problems already on your plate, not a list of tools.
- Improve the workflow - Try AI on that real work and keep only what genuinely helps.
- Practise it - Use it together until it feels natural, keeping human judgement where it matters.
- Embed it - Leave with a written approach, the prompts or workflows we built, and clear next steps.
Speaking & workshops
I speak and facilitate practical sessions on AI, product, design and the future of work. Sessions include the 2026 PGA International Members' Meeting in Phuket:

Why work with me
I'm not a machine-learning engineer. I'm a product and design leader who has spent 20+ years building digital products, leading teams and teaching - and I apply today's AI tools to the problems people and teams actually have.
- I understand people: UX, research, design, leadership and education.
- I understand work: Teams, stakeholders, operating models, business, marketing and product delivery.
- I understand technology: Two decades around digital products, and hands-on with modern AI tools every day.
- I can teach: Workshops and courses for organisations worldwide, with 380,000+ learners trained.
What this isn't
Being clear about where my expertise ends, so you know what you're buying.
- Enterprise AI architecture or systems integration
- Custom model development or training
- Data engineering
- AI security or compliance consultancy
- Guaranteed ROI or "10x every employee" promises
- Pushing a particular tool - I recommend what fits your work
Questions
Do I need a technical background?
No. We work in plain language on the tasks you already do. If you can write an email, you can do this.
Is it remote or in person?
1:1 sessions are remote, worldwide. Workshops and sprints can run remotely anywhere, or in person in Thailand.
What about confidential work?
We work on real tasks, so we agree up front what's safe to use. I'll show you how to work with examples and anonymised material, and how to keep sensitive data out of tools that aren't approved for it.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the work - most often ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, plus automation and building tools where they help. If your organisation already has an approved tool, we start there.
Can a workshop be tailored to my team?
Yes. Every workshop is shaped around your team's roles and real scenarios. We agree the theme, format and examples before the day.
What happens after a workshop?
Many teams want help turning ideas into a new way of working. That's what the AI Workflow Sprint is for.
You don't need an AI strategy to start. Start with one piece of work.
Bring me something that takes too long, feels repetitive or you suspect AI could improve. We'll work out what's actually useful.
